Onsite Optical Lab in Edmonds, Washington

The Heart of our lab is based on the Essilor patternless lens edger and frame tracing system. The edger is driven by the latest in computer software, allowing for precision never before possible. The frame tracer measures the frame shape at thousands of individual points, allowing for great accuracy in the size and shape of the prescription lenses. This allows us to create beautiful and precise eyewear for all our clients.
Most all lens types and frames designs can be processed with this lab system.
Our Essilor edging system is perfectly suited for the production of today's premium lenses and frames. We have the ability to use computer driven drills to handle complicated rimless mountings. Clients can combine their unique eyewear with a high luster lens edge polish, creating a beautiful finish for better cosmetics.
While all the latest lab equipment ensures that College Place Optical can beautifully create the most accurate fashionable and comfortable eyewear possible, it is our expert staff of highly trained licensed Opticians that make it all possible.
We also offer free frame adjustments and are adept at repairing frames that many other optical shops will not attempt. While some frames may seem impossible to repair, don't give up on it until you show it to one of our Opticians.
